Wrap-Up Party Committee

The Wrap-up party organizes the artist wrap-up party at the close of the Tour.

Committee Size

  • 1 Lead plus 4 volunteers
  • Find and secure an appropriate venue
  • Make arrangements for seating and food presentation
  • Assign volunteers to set up and clean up the venue
  • Assign potluck items
  • Work with the email admin to notify artists as to the place, date, time, food assignments, and any other necessary information
  • Document venue details (contact details, price, contract / agreement) and post to DropBox
  • Update (or create) ‘how to’ / handover documentation as needed; note ways to improve the process in the following year and post to DropBox at the end of the Tour.
