- 1 Lead plus 4 volunteers
- Find and secure an appropriate venue
- Make arrangements for seating and food presentation
- Assign volunteers to set up and clean up the venue
- Assign potluck items
- Work with the email admin to notify artists as to the place, date, time, food assignments, and any other necessary information
- Document venue details (contact details, price, contract / agreement) and post to DropBox
- Update (or create) ‘how to’ / handover documentation as needed; note ways to improve the process in the following year and post to DropBox at the end of the Tour.
